Terms & Conditions - Laevo. Therapies
By booking an appointment with me at Laevo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments & Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your session or reschedule, and the full fee may still apply.
As an independent therapist, my appointment schedule is carefully managed. Please note:

In the event of a cancellation with less than 24hrs notice: payment for 50% of the full treatment fee will be incurred.

In the the event of a cancellation with less than 12hrs notice, or missed appointments: payment for 100% of the treatment cost will be charged, and in repeat circumstances, may affect your future booking availability.
Client Hygiene & Preparation

Clients must arrive clean and freshly washed for their massage. This ensures both your comfort and my ability to work safely and effectively.

Please remove any strong perfumes or lotions before your appointment, as these can interfere with oils used during the treatment.
Substances

You must not be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs before or during your treatment.

If I believe you are under the influence, I reserve the right to refuse treatment and charge the full session fee.
Medical Conditions

You must inform me before your session of any medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, or medications that could affect your treatment.

I reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if I believe it may not be safe or appropriate for your condition.

It is your responsibility to update me on any changes to your health at subsequent sessions.
Boundaries & Behaviour

All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate language, behaviour or advances will result in immediate termination of the session, and future appointments will be refused. Full payment will still be required.

Please wear appropriate clothing to your session and communicate any discomfort or concerns before, during or after treatment.
Payment & Fees

Full payment is due at the time of therapy unless otherwise agreed in advance. Once you have booked and I have agreed confirmation of your session, please pay deposit of £25 to the following bank details to secure your booking.

Consultations & Consent

A consultation will be carried out before your first session and brief check-ins before follow-up treatments.

You will be asked to sign a consultation form to confirm your understanding and consent for treatment. You will also sign to say you have notified me of any relevant medical conditions that I need to know of before your massage takes place.

You have the right to withdraw consent or stop the therapy at any time.
Aftercare & Reactions

Aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment. Please follow this guidance to get the best results and avoid any adverse effects.

Occasionally, mild reactions can occur after treatment (e.g. tiredness, fatigue, cold or flu like symptoms, aching or sore muscles, increased urination, or emotional release). If you experience any unusual or severe symptoms, please contact me or medical professional if you are concerned.

All personal information and treatment records are held in strict confidence and in accordance with GDPR and my Privacy Policy.
Right To Refuse Services

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment for any reason, including if I believe it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.
