Where is Laevo located?
Laevo is based in Brighton, at a lower ground floor premises on Buckingham Road, BN1 3RB. Please take care on the steps leading down to the entrance, especially in wet weather, as they can sometimes be slippery.
What should I wear to my massage?
It's best to wear loose, comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little massage oil on following your therapy. It might be the sort of clothes you would wear to the gym, or having a relaxing day at home. I use high-quality, cold-pressed, organic carrier oils.
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
If it is your first time visiting Laevo, then please arrive 15 minutes early for your allotted appointment time. This is to ensure space for your short consultation before your therapy begins.
What will you ask before the session?
Before we start your first session, I'll ask you a few questions in order to establish your needs. I then tailor your massage to your personal requirements. Questions will include things such as; have you had a massage before? do you have any pre-existing medical conditions I should be aware of? do you have any allergies or skincare intolerances? I will also ask you about your pressure preferences and areas that you would like me to focus on.
Do I need to pay a deposit or booking fee?
Yes. Please contact me ahead of your booking to arrange payment of your £25 deposit fee using the following details:

What is your cancellation policy?
As an independent therapist, my appointment schedule is carefully managed. Please note:

In the event of a cancellation with less than 24hrs notice: payment for 50% of the full treatment fee will be incurred.

In the the event of a cancellation with less than 12hrs notice, or missed appointments: payment for 100% of the treatment cost will be charged, and in repeat circumstances, may affect your future booking availability.

Do you accommodate people with medical conditions or specific needs?
Absolutely. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or other concerns - please let me know in advance of your appointment so that I can tailor your session accordingly.
